Your first visit

Low obstacles, clear coaching, your child's pace

Students begin with a short warm-up, controlled landings, balance, and simple vaults. Every challenge has an easier and harder version.

Wear athletic clothes, bring a full water bottle, and arrive 10 minutes early at the concrete structure beside the playground.

Meet the coach

Coach Joey Adrian

Joey has practiced parkour for more than 17 years and coached students for 16. He holds coaching certifications from ADAPT and the World Freerunning Parkour Federation and brings a decade of experience managing movement-based gyms.

His classes are structured, encouraging, and built around helping each student progress from their current ability level.
